Understanding Assists
Know what counts.
Assists measure eligible work Studio performs for you. A client delivery may use one Assist; a job that runs several tools can use more. Looking up information, internal tasks, and unsent drafts do not count.
No Assist usedPrepare and review.
A meeting note kept inside the practice or an unsent draft uses no Assists.
An Assist usedDeliver approved work.
One item sent to a household uses one Assist, regardless of how many people are in the household.
Client delivery is not the only work that can count. For example, enriching a list uses an Assist for each record processed; a campaign send uses one, regardless of the number of recipients. Work such as reconciliation can use several Assists based on the tools it runs.
What never counts
Free, even at zero Assists.
Internal tasks, notes, and drafts
Keeping records, creating tasks, and reviewing unsent drafts do not use Assists.
Talking to your own team
An email to a colleague never counts. We will not charge you to run your own office.
Answering
Ask anything about your book, as often as you like.
Working one relationship at a time
Research and preparation on a single household.
Anything arriving
A returned form, an uploaded document, or a summary synced in. We did not make it, so it does not count.
Doing something over
If it was not right the first time, the second time is free.

Extra Assists, in blocks of 100.
The price per block falls as you buy more during a calendar month. The count resets each month. Blocks bought in advance never expire.
