The Tab Test
How many tabs did you open to answer one question about one client?
Tabs, windows, apps—whatever you had to open. Pick a real client and count them.
Use a household you know well and a question a client actually asked this month. Then answer the second half: did those places agree with one another?

Did the answers agree with each other?
You’ll know which answer was right because you know the client. The software couldn’t tell you.
